On the 30th June the annual golf day took place at Hearsall Golf Club.

This year's event was set a little later in the year to guarantee some nicer weather (which worked) however numbers were down on the previous year's attendance potentially due to holidays intervening.

Some familiar faces lined up for a team stableford competition. Prizes were also on offer for nearest the pin on the 10th hole (won by Jordan Arshad), and longest drive on the 18th (Paul Cox claiming the prize with his ball somehow landing on the fairway despite looking to be off course as we looked from the tee.

This year's competition was won by the team of Jon Arshad, Jordan Arshad, Steve Spraggett and Paresh Patel.

We do hope to see an increase in numbers next year and may return to our date earlier in the year.

Thanks again to Hearsall Golf Club for their hospitality and a very nice buffet.
