Dinner - 6.30pm for 7.00pm
The Annual Dinner is a wonderful opportunity to catch up with old friends and current and past members of staff. Why not get in touch with your old school friends and come along as a group? Partners are also welcome. There will be a seating plan and we always try to get you on a table with your friends or those of a similar year. Please note the earlier start times this year
: welcome drinks will be served from 6.30pm
and dinner will start at 7.00pm
At £32 per person, the dinner includes a welcome drink, four-course meal (vegetarian/vegan options available) with table wines, and concludes with tea or coffee. You are welcome to bring other drinks to complement your meal if you wish.
Our principal guest will be Reverend Bob Stephen, who many may remember as both the School Chaplain and a very entertaining speaker.
Entrance will be through the front doors on the Crescent. Welcome drinks will be served in the dining room and dinner will be served in the Burgess hall (main school hall). Optional school tour - 2.00pm
We are also offering a free tour of the school at 2.00pm for you and your family if you would like to see how the school is looking today and how it has changed since you attended. You do not need to come to the annual dinner to go on the tour, nor do you need to go on the tour to attend the dinner. Numbers for the tour are however limited and bookings will be taken on a first come, first served basis. If you wish to attend only
the afternoon school tour and not
the dinner, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
to book your space (do not use the online booking). Access to the school tour will be via the main red oak doors at the front of the school, on Warwick Road.Parking
Parking will be available in the Crescent and the Junior School. Neighbouring streets such as Spencer Road and Davenport Road offer free parking for up to 3 hours before 6.00pm, with no time limit after 6.00pm. Please be aware that resident-only restrictions apply in other nearby streets.
We look forward to seeing you on Saturday 26th
